INCOLOR Toners have a different function than all other INCOLOR Hydra-color series. These 2 specific shades can be used on Blonde hair (natural, colored or bleached).

There is an Anti-Yellow toner to counteract the warm pigments and to create cool reflections and a Golden Toner to create warm reflections.

To create original chromatic effects, toners can be used:
individually
mixed together
mixed with the other Hydra-Color Shades.
Thanks to the phytokeratin, argan oil and grapeseed butter, it ensures a restructurizing and conditioning action.
