We’re trying Americas brands they are not that good as this one .. come back to this one. And will never switch again

dry hair

I use the shampoo and conditioner and my hair felt so dry and corse. I barely was able to brush through and when it was dry it didn't feel soft. I tried to wash my hair the next day with the deep conditioner and it felt the same. I contacted customer service and was told I can't return them. Lost $70.Also the top of the deep conditioner was broken off.
