The Perm Neutralizer Solution is formulated to complete the professional perm treatment in the salon.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Polysorbate 20, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Sodium PCA, Arginine, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Hydrolyzed Sweet Almond Protein, Parfum/Fragrance, Phosphoric Acid, Disodium Pyrophosphate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Hexamethylindanopyran.

How to Use

Step 1: At the end of the leave-in time of the perm, rinse every roller with plenty of warm water

Step 2: Towel-dry thoroughly and apply the product. Leave in for a maximum of 10 minutes

Step 3: Unravel the rollers without pulling the hair, apply the Perm Neutralizer Solution and leave in for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water only
